What just happened?

The Logan Act:

(U.S. Code › Title 18 › Part I › Chapter 45 › § 953 - https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/953)

Will Flynn be prosecuted?

  1. I doubt it. Trump says it's the media's fault. Republicans are actually happy that Putin interfered in the election. They don't want to see what's wiggling around under that log, so I don't believe they're going to want to roll it over and shine light on it. It will take we, the people, to rise up and demand an inquiry.
